Shipping policy

Shipping times are estimated to be roughly 1–7 business days. For US orders, an estimated shipping time is given on the product page and checkout screen.

Holiday 2026 Shipping Information

• Shipping time outside of the US is not guaranteed.

• Shipping estimates inside the US are provided on some product pages and at checkout. Enter your ZIP code and use these estimates to help select gifts to arrive before December 25.

• For in-stock orders delivered within the contiguous United States, we recommend ordering by December 10 using standard shipping for expected delivery before Christmas.

• We offer 1-day, 2-day and 3-day shipping options for an additional fee. Our recommended order-by dates for expected delivery before Christmas are:

  • Expedited 3 Day — December 17

  • Expedited 2 Day — December 18

  • Expedited 1 Day — December 21

• These dates allow time for processing and shipping. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and may change as carrier holiday schedules are finalized. Please order early and check the estimated arrival date at checkout.

• Around US holidays, please allow up to 10 business days from order placement to delivery for in-stock US standard-shipping orders. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

• These holiday cutoffs do not apply to preorders or custom orders, which follow their stated lead times.
