Replacements
Use the form below to submit your request. Please go through everything slowly and carefully so you do not miss any important steps. Three things are required for a successful replacement:
- A submitted form
- Photos of damage emailed to us
- A new order that you will place using the codes we provide. This order should contain only the items you need to be replaced. For example, if one item broke, please only order one item (rounding up to nearest pair is fine, if there is no option for a single item)
- Please choose the right item (e.g. GV Home vs Glasvin are different products)
Please make sure you complete all three of these things in order to get your replacement quickly. If you follow the form slowly and carefully, you will be able to get a replacement quickly.
